Beginner Programme
An Online study programme covering all technical skills required for the 1st three belts in the Karate & Kickboxing Syllabus. This is designed to compliment your face to face lessons and provide a study reference and additional video tutorials and breakdowns of techniques.
Intermediate Programme
An Online study programme covering all technical skills required for the Intermediate belts in the Karate & Kickboxing Syllabus. This is designed to compliment your face to face lessons and provide a study reference and additional video tutorials and breakdowns of techniques.
Advanced Programme
